Q. 혼다 ACM, Active Control Engine-Mount System 이 무엇인가요?

Active Control Engine-Mount System (ACM)은 VCM엔진에 적용되는데, 쉽게 이해하면 이래요.

아시다시피 VCM은 부하가 한가로울때 3기통만 동작 가능하게 할 수 있어요. 이 경우 기존 6기통과 달리 3기통만 작동하게되고, 3기통만의 진동에 의한 주파수대 밸런스가 깨지게 되요. 6기통이 진동 상쇄가 가장 좋구요. 4기통이나 3기통은 상대적으로 좋지않거든요.

ACM모듈이 이런 진동을 감지해서, 앞 뒤 마운트 솔레노이드를 고속으로 작동시켜서, 서로 진동을 상쇄시킵니다. 그래서 채시로 진동이 전달 안되게하고, 결국 차 내부 에도 전달이 안되게 하는 원리입니다.

ktx도 상당한 진동.소음 이 있어요. 모든 진동은 고유한 주파수가 있어요.이 주파수를 상쇄하는 진동.주파수를 발생하면 없어져요. Cancel out 시키는겁니다.
