5 GAS 분석기, 배기가스 분석기 활용 엔진 운행성 진단

배기가스 분석을 통한 차량진단은 가장 오래된 그리고 가장 정확한 방법중 하나이다. 이번사례는 닛산 알티마 약 20만키로 주행한 2010년도 L3.2 엔진이다. 아이들시 CO 와 HC가 정상범위내이고 부하걸릴때에 오히려 탄화수소(HC 62ppm vs. 37ppm)와 일산화탄소(CO, 1.54% vs. 0.46%) 측정값이 높아지는경우이다. FSS CL, ECT 72도, 660RPM시 MAF는 3.34g/s 정도에 B1 INJ Pulse 3.21ms Alpha 130% LTFT 7.03% STFT 6.25%, O2S1 1.94V이고 B2의 INJ Pulse 2.75ms Alpha 105% LTFT4.68% STFT -0.78% O2S1 2.22V 정도이다.

닛산 알티마 약 20만키로 주행한 2010년도 L3.2 엔진이다. 부하걸릴때에 오히려 탄화수소(HC)와 일산화탄소(CO) 측정값이 높아지는경우이다.

뱅크1 희박 (LEAN)으로 인한 탄화수소 HC 측정값이 높게된것으로 분석된다. B1S1성능이상이라는 의미이고 MAF은 특이사항이 발견되지 않는다.
